Custom Orders

All custom orders require full payment and are non-refundable once proofs are approved and production begins. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours (unless samples, and products have been ordered). Blank samples can be ordered at a percentage of the regular price prior to full production. Product photos and illustrations are provided for clients to sign off on prior to full production.

Products may be returned (at our discretion) for an exchange only or store credit within 7 days if there is a defect with the product or an error on the part of the company. Under no other circumstances will the company offer a refund or exchange on any custom items.
